Wally Moe
Wally is a highly experienced emissions source tester with over 40 years of experience. Wally graduated with a masters from the University of Bucharest, Romania in Petrochemical Engineering. Wally is trained in SCAQMD, EPA, and CARB methodology, and performs numerous tests weekly. Wally oversees testing projects, report writing, protocols, and client interfacing. Wally will be your primary contact for the Master Services Agreement.
